Incorporatewear is the UK’s premier provider of corporate clothing, and although not the largest, we are more flexible and adaptable than many of our competitors. Previously tenders were solely price driven, but in today’s demanding economic climate, organisations are recognising that this can no longer be the sole driver for selecting new suppliers. Recent new wins have been focused on the level of service and the essential requirement to get a quality garments to the right person, ethically, economically and efficiently.

Data Integrity Assured with Incorporatewear

Monday, February 13th, 2012

Incorporatewear Ltd, the UK’s premier corporate clothing company, has recently formalised its high level of systems security by becoming PCI DSS compliant.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is one of the most prescriptive data protection standards ever developed and will give clients both new and prospective the confidence that their business and wearer data is secure.

PCI DSS originally began as five different programs run by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. Each company’s intentions were broadly similar: to create an additional level of protection for card issuers by ensuring that merchants meet minimum levels of security when they store, process and transmit cardholder data.

Incorporatewear, based in Coleshill, have developed the policy alongside Bradford based ECSC Ltd who will now continue to monitor system security going forward.

Ian Favell, I.S. Projects Manager at Incorporatewear comments “The on-going security of our IT systems is paramount to Incorporatewear. Attaining PCI DSS compliance is the initial standard for the company, however, we will continue to work alongside ECSC to ensure that all our client, wearer and payment information continues to stay secure.”

Technological developments including; online wearer ordering, client monitoring systems and mobile applications have helped ensure that Incorporatewear is at the forefront of corporate clothing technology. The company is looking forward to showing off its latest developments at the upcoming Workwear and Corporate Clothing Show.

Ian continues “This is set to be an exciting year for Incorporatewear and we are now well placed to build on our infrastructure as the company continues to grow.”

James Noel at ECSC Ltd states “PCI DSS compliance is a constant challenge for organisations that store and process credit card information, particularly with the continuous development of payment systems and web technology. Incorporatewear have chosen to stay one step ahead with their system security which will give their clients significant piece of mind.”

Workwear and Corporate Clothing Show 2012

Wednesday, February 1st, 2012

Incorporatewear is celebrating a string of new contract wins and getting ready to showcase new collections at the company clothing industry’s biggest event of the year.
Returning to the Workwear and Corporate Clothing Show at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena in April, Incorporatewear is planning a standout catwalk extravaganza to maintain the impetus from a successful 2011.
“It was a year of intense development for Incorporatewear which built on our already solid supply chain, saw a broadening of our product range and ensured that we stayed at the forefront of technical development,” said Chris Wood, Managing Director.
“I am very optimistic for a strong 2012 as the business has some ground-breaking market developments in the pipeline.”
Throughout the show, staff will be on hand to discuss topics such as tendering, sourcing, ethical manufacture, and futuristic design trends.
Mr Wood said: “Prestigious events such as these demand interaction. We’ll be putting faces to names, asking questions and I’m sure learning a lot too. We have some enormously experienced industry experts at Incorporatewear, and I encourage anyone at the show to find time to visit us”.
After wowing audiences last year with its ‘recycled’ wedding dress made from reclaimed pilots shirts, Incorporatewear is hoping once again to cause a stir on the catwalk, but is keeping the details of the runway collection closely under wraps.
The Workwear and Corporate Clothing Show takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday April 17 and 18. Incorporatewear is at stand number WD18.
